Welding
Acuren is a certified CSA W178.1 Welding Inspection Organization, with
over a dozen W178.2 qualified inspectors available to perform visual inspection
of structural steel, pressure vessels, tanks, bridges and other structures.
We also have inspectors certified by the American Welding Society, for
the inspection of items destined for the USA.
Our inspections usually include the review of specifications and drawings,
the review of welding procedures and qualifications, the review and correlation
of mill certificates, and inspection of material preparation, fitting,
tacking, welding, and finishing, to the extent required by the client.
Regular written reports are provided along with immediate verbal communications
as needed.
